Delivering Significant Operational Cost Savings through Renewable Energy
Pro-Tech Energy Solutions addresses operational and energy cost challenges faced by today’s commercial and industrial property managers and operations executives. For these executives seeking improved bottom-line results, Pro-Tech offers solar energy solutions that improve corporate operational efficiency and generates significant cost savings, reducing utility bills by substantial percentages. Providing energy at the source of demand, solar installations on commercial rooftops or adjacent to commercial properties drive financial value to companies through reduced operational costs or new revenue opportunities. Quite simply, solar electricity generated on site is less expensive than conventional electricity from the utility companies because it doesn’t need to travel vast distances to be delivered. Moreover, these solar installations give executives predictable, long-term cost visibility and mitigate exposure to utility rate increases, while supporting sustainable environmental practices.

Pro-Tech Energy Solutions was founded to deliver on the promise of renewable energy.
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 created a grant program for taxpayers eligible for the business energy investment tax credit. A facility owner can choose to receive a one-time grant equal to 30 percent of the construction and installation costs for the facility, as long as the facility is depreciable or amortizable.
